Frustrated with Dating?

Let’s talk about the dating scene. It typically starts with someone showing an interest in you. Then they ask you out at some point. Ideally, dating is a place to get to know each other better with the idea that a connection is made. There may even be a spark of attraction kindled. More things develop from here.

Sometimes, though, one person or both discovers that there is no connection or interest. This means that you part ways to pursue another person in the future who may be compatible with your intentions and interests.

At a glance dating seems straightforward but this is often very different from real experiences. This usually occurs because one person is not being honest about their intentions. I term men who say that want a real connection but are only concerned with a hook-up, as players. They are not seriously trying to make a meaningful connection. They are playing at dating and are a waste of your time if you want something lasting. Nor do these dudes take ownership of their intentions. Most of the time they infer or outright say that there is something wrong with you. Or maybe you believed that they were planning to develop a relationship with you only to discover that they have moved on to the next conquest after they have had sex with you.

These experiences can leave you feeling Frustrated with Dating. It can be discouraging and make you think that you are missing something. Here is the truth, there is NOTHING wrong with you!
