One of the most common concerns that women share with me is that they are afraid that they will not find their ideal relationship. The one that they have been dreaming of and that they are longing for to become a reality in their life. Sometimes this worry and focus becomes very intense, which in turn makes them stressed.
Too much attention on what is missing has the effect of not only stressing you out but also constricting your energy. When this takes place, you are closed off from your true essence and from others. Continuing to seek what you want from this place actually repels others.
